Premier Inn Lisburn hotel

I stayed at the hotel from 23–25 January and had a great experience. The room was very clean and comfortable. A special mention to Susan at reception, who was extremely helpful. The breakfast team were also friendly and made things easy. Parking was free and plenty. Overall, a very positive stay and I would happily recommend the hotel.

We stayed for a week over the Xmas period. The rooms themselves were good - a bit more than you would expect for a 3* hotel. The staff were amazing! Great service, very friendly and helped us out quickly with whatever few things we needed. 6* Service! Breakfast was tasty and well priced for all you can eat.

Check-in was seamless, and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, offering helpful local tips with a genuine smile. It’s rare to find a team that feels this attentive and friendly. The food was another highlight of the trip. I had The evening meal was another level the was hot fresh& and good to eat. the unlimited breakfast, which was fresh, hot, and offered a great variety of options—definitely the best way to start the day. I also ate at the restaurant in the evening; the service was quick, and the meal was delicious and very well-priced. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay where the team actually cares about your experience, I highly recommend this location. I will definitely be returning! The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Rooms were very nice and clean. Jenn & Jack were very helpful in helping us with sites to see. I would come back and stay again.

We stayed for two nights (23rd - 25th Jan) and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spotless, Susan at reception was very welcoming, and the rest of the staff were friendly as well. Would highly recommend.

Reception staff were lovely. Bar staff not interested in serving anyone. Rooms are great. Big and clean with everything you need.

Another great stay here. The hotel is really good value and the rooms are warm and comfortable. The bar is cosy, though it could use a little attention to bring it fully in line with the upgraded rooms. The WiFi coverage and speed could also do with being improved. The food is excellent, the meal deal is great value, and a special call‑out for the Big Stack Burger with upgraded Katsu curry topped chips, absolutely delicious. The cooked breakfast is also a standout; you can list exactly what you want, and it arrives fresh and perfectly cooked. Free parking is a big bonus, and the location is ideal for shopping. A huge thank you to the team Olivia, Ryan, Elina, Tia, Jack, Jane, Suzanne, Sarah, and Natalie (apologies if I’ve missed anyone). They are consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and it’s clear they’re doing an amazing job with the resources they have. Housekeeping also deserve real credit — the rooms and communal areas are kept spotless, and their hard work really shows. Our next stay is already booked.

This is a decent Premier Inn with good rooms & friendly staff to assist. Location is ideal for Sprucefield and heading north or south. Used on a number of occassions now and never had any issues. Not too expensive as well
